On February 14, 2020, a turning point in the restaurant’s history took place when Pope took the helm with a clear vision deeply rooted in his values. More than managing a business, Pope brought to life a family space where every dish tells a story: the story of the sea, of daily effort, and of a land rich in tradition.

With strong conviction, he aimed to bring more than just food to the table: he sought to honor those who go out to sea every day, transforming their hard work into authentic gastronomic experiences. He always stood for fresh, top-quality products and recipes that respect the essence of the island.

Today, although Pope is no longer with us, his legacy remains present in every corner of the restaurant. His passion, dedication, and way of understanding cuisine continue to be the soul of this place. Every service, every dish, and every smile offered to guests reflect what he dreamed of and built with such care.
